Pros

This is a very niche field. As a clinician, the company invests a significant amount of time and effort into your training. The management consistently puts quality first- in training, design, and delivery of the top product. If you are looking for a challenge to specialize in pediatrics, this is a great place. Competitive benefit package and room for growth. As a therapist, I've learned more in the few years here than I thought possible when beginning. The environment is happy, fun, and lighthearted. Our babies get better with our help and its the most rewarding position I've ever had!

Cons

As with any for profit company, the bottom line matters. We work hard in the time at work, but that makes the day go by quickly. With the time sensitive nature of follow up appointments, time off has to be well planned to accommodate patients and team needs.

Pros

CT is a patient-centered company from the top down. It's well understood and appreciated that with happy employees we can make happier families. Even with our large growth over the last year or so, it still has a small company and family feel. The culture of the company is based on maintaining a well educated, highly professional and family-friendly staff and environment that is welcoming to all of our families.

Cons

The only con I can think of is staffing. It takes some work to arrange time off and have all offices staffed to cover patient care, but that is not unusual to any other company I've worked for in the healthcare industry. Patients need to be seen and someone has to be there to see them, especially with such a time-sensitive treatment.

All jobs have cons but a lot of the below reviews sound bitter

Pros

As a therapist working with children and seeing measurable change is very rewarding. Salary and benifits are competitive in the pediatric therapy field. I live being able to specialize in the treatment of plagiocephaly. I felt that training was very thorough and the trainers are knowledgable. I think it's also an exciting time to be part of the company as we grow and expand into new markets.

Cons

Some of the challenges are staffing and being able to use time off at high volume times (holidays, spring break etc). People tend to want the same holidays off and because what we do is so specialized staffing so everyone can take the time off they want can be difficult.
