      Pros

      CLS has a lot of extra things that they do for their employees: Gift cards, contests, paid community service, interest free loans, meals deals, Christmas Party, Company picnic, laser tag, Keeneland, Easter egg hunts, thanksgiving feasts, corn hole, pop a shot, Get Fit, paid 5 K's, Halloween costume contests, and much much more. CLS is like a family; we all care for each other, help and look out for one another.

      None that I can think of.

      Not a bad job, but it is over hyped

      Pros

      You get your own cubicle and the environment is friendly overall. You get free food a few times a month too. You can get promoted very fast here because the company is growing so quickly.

      Cons

      Low pay considering the nature of the work. Work place consists of cliques. Health insurance is outrageous. Current software being used is very clunky and tedious. Also, get ready to spend most of your day speaking to lazy front desk employees at hotels all over the country.

      Pros

      Great People. Free food from time to time.

      Cons

      This was a great place to work, but unfortunately the rapid growth of this company has left them unprepared. The job you sign up for will ultimately change at some point. It appears the company may have grown a little too fast and leadership is unsure of how to handle the volume. The stress is nowhere near worth the little they pay.

      We are a rapidly growing company and new positions and new career paths are continuously available. As we expand, job responsibilities may change from time to time to handle the growing needs of clients. We've added numerous new jobs in the past year and just completed building and moving into new, larger offices.
