Pros

Companies always say they care about employees, and Credit Union West always did a good job of showing. However, it was during the pandemic that demonstrated the extent to which the credit union put its employees (and members) safety first.

Cons

I was going to say flexibility to work from home, but there is now a policy that allows it based on a person position and job performance.

Pros

Too many to list but the main ones are the 100% match on 401k up to 5%, great leadership on all levels, open door policy and communication is encouraged. Always makes me feel valued and appreciated. Opportunities to serve on project teams and growth within the credit union.
