Pros

They really feel like a family and care about your input. They have great benefits and really encourage healthy behaviors. You are not a number here at all and they treat their members the same way

Cons

None....the credit union is really making strides to move in the right direction

Initially promising of growth but fell short of expectations

Pros

Community involvement was encouraged. Benefits were very good. Training was sorely lacking but was improving.

Cons

Communication of goals and expectations were unclear until last minute and follow through by VP was inconsistent. VP was clearly was not in the best position to support the CU's best interest. Long hours required to correct VP's shortfalls.
