lack of direction from the top, lack of development for current staff/management, never take a moment to breath, they are always starting something new even before the current stuff is fully implemented

Pros

I love my job and can't say enough positive things about the company! I look forward to coming into work each day for new challenges. Employees have strong work ethics and believe in working together to support our members.

Cons

The only cons I have are the lack of opportunity for advancement (besides in the branches) and the lack of communication between departments.
