Pros

Being a weather forecaster your schedule is made by flight leadership instead of the CTI management and it's very flexible.

Cons

Pay is sub-par. CTI cut our pay when they picked up the contract. Notorious for doing this in the past.

Pros

You enjoy coming to work each day because the people you work with are dedicated to accomplishing the job. Even when working geographically displaced from the corporate office, reach back for any assistance is quick and correct. The sense of purpose is evident, and the company always puts the customer first and will explore all options to exceed expectations.

Cons

The company is stove-piped based on the contracts it is working. This is especially true for subject matter experts; however, the company does overcome this by being all in when it comes to team effort.
