      Good benefits and fair pay

      Cons

      The business is stuck in the 80s with little desire to invest in progressing forward beyond innovations in areas such as wind. Many employees share Crowley is a toxic workplace and I agree (unless you are looking for job where you just follow directions.

      It is sad how new management is rotten

      Benefits are still very competitive.

      Cons

      New management does not care about the people. Not like before. Right now its all about the bottom line. It felt like they are ready to go public or sell the pieces.
