Pros

Work from home flexibility. The team I am in only goes into the office a couple of times a month.

Cons

We are severely under staffed. Managers work on weekends, nights, on their honeymoons, PTO. 6 days a week is a given. You get Teams messages at all time. If you don't work over 60 hours a week, don't expect to move up. We don't get competitive raises and bonuses are mid.
