Pros

Ask me 3 yrs ago and this list would've been endless.. I can honestly say I used to really enjoy my job.

Cons

They've become just another big corporation, sadly. So if you like to be treated like a $$ instead of a person, this is the place for you.

Pros

Crowley offers great healthcare benefits, a solid PTO plan, and a strong 401k program.

Cons

Recent changes to the Senior Leadership Team have drastically altered the culture of what was once one of Jacksonville’s top employers. With the arrival of new leadership, specifically in Land Transportation, cost-cutting measures have taken priority above all else. This has led to mass layoffs affecting long-standing employees with over 20 years of service and significantly increased the already demanding workloads for remaining employees. Compensation has not kept pace with these heightened demands, and a revised bonus structure with unrealistic targets has left employees with minimal or no bonuses.

Decent pay. paternal/maternal leave. Benefits. matching 401

Cons

CIO is dismantling IT and outsourcing to Central America for cheap labor. Home brewed ticketing system is a nightmare, bleak attempt to save money from Service Now. BOSCOE is in no way shape or for excellent. Ticket turnaround time for end users is now weeks instead of days. Massive layoffs every 1-2 months.
