      Poor management at the top. It is all about the top two in the organization. Lying, deceitful, belittling. VP is a politician, not a leader. Always wants the attention and credit for that, that others do. Core values are often discussed, but rarely followed by upper management

      Pros

      Training and learning opportunities are avaliable and enxouraged. Great incentives for remaining healthy and staying active.

      Cons

      Little to no warning prior to lay off. Lack of concern for laid off employees or their families. Give excuses like economy yet have over 60 open positions posted on external employment site. completely uninterested in allowing you even enough time to get belongings or needed personal information. Complete lack of loyalty to devoted employees. All about the dollar.

      Pros

      Many great benefits and the view from the office is unbeatable. People stay there till retirement, very much a comfortable company.

      Cons

      Culture is poor and company is extremly top heavy. If ur not in the VP or O club you are expected to keep quite and do your work. No excitement and change that is only determined fr9m the top takes forever to make its way through the company. Also if you do not like Florida rethink this company.
