No company loyalty

Pros

Medial benefits are alright, average PTO, some good people work here, work-life balance for certain roles.

Cons

Low pay, try hard culture, management is a revolving door-always changing and never promoting from within and always bringing in new leaders, there is no employee loyalty, constant layoffs and reorganizations- no one is safe. Professional development is not a priority. They are cheap cheap CHEAP. Zero based budgeting is a joke.

Pros

The insurance is pretty good

Cons

The culture, pay, community and just about most other things are not good. No room for promotions, constant layoffs and terrible pay. They treat most employees and especially the mariners terribly with not employee appreciation.

Pros

The hiring and my team with a lot of people were great to work with.

Cons

The re org cut lots of people. The cfo moved it positions to Central America, took advice from someone who never wanted to follow the policy’s and procedures within the company.
