      Pros

      If you like working a ton of hours then work here. We had a shortage of employees so I was working about 24 hours a week. I'm only 16. Regardless of that it's a nice work environment.

      Cons

      You'r supposed to get a pay raise every 6 months but that doesn't happen. It really sucks.

      Pros

      Flexible with scheduling with school, but not if you have another job. Hands-on daily training. Competitive pay.

      Cons

      Under-appreciated by upper management. If you're in management, there's a lack of development and ability to move up with the company. Paid equally as someone in same position even if you excel over these people.

      Pros

      Fast paced work environment, friendly culture from top management down two staff. Scheduling is flexible around family and other stuff going on, so that is a big plus! Many are franchised out, and I was lucky enough to work for one that was well aware of this.

      Cons

      Usually no benefits and paid on an hourly wage.. Promotions and raises are fairly low and far between across all staff and management levels.
