Pros

The compensation for most of the positions was good, or at very least, competitive.

Cons

-Retail side of the business is very poorly ran -Human resources is understaffed and inexperienced -There is no concrete policy or procedure in regard to disciplinary action -Curaleaf now pushes sales quotas with an "or else" approach -There are no commission or sales incentives to justify sales jobs in a medical field -The production sector of this company may be its biggest downfall; poor quality product being produced and sold at top dollar which ultimately was slowly driving business AWAY - Essentially you choke on the company koolaid or they will fabricate reasons to terminate your employment. This was witnessed first hand to many of my fellow employees at curaleaf.

Pros

It’s was a job till the next one.

Cons

No direction from day to day. Money wasted on projects that will be redone or changed in a week or two. They don’t look for or want to wait for permanent solutions to problems. “Just do something now!” Projects and upper management doesn’t plan or have any idea what they’re doing. Short cuts for everything and anything. Equipment and building failures everywhere!!!
