      Pros

      Great pay for my position. Good benefits. Awesome coworkers

      Cons

      Terrible upper management. Most recent complaint would be that they tell us to do end of year reviews, then makes us change our ratings on staff (so they don’t have to give out as large as raises) then goes and tells us we have to do a PIP on perfectly good staff members that THEY told us to lower their end of year review ratings on. I’m not doing PIPs on perfectly good staff because they don’t want to pay them for what they are worth.

      Pros

      Can’t think of any. Pay was mediocre, took them 3 month for them to get me set up with medical, hired operators way too soon - like before they even had a facility, let alone a production area, and so on.

      Cons

      Didn’t have a plan. Bought and walked away from 4 facilities while I was there, all the while changing their mind about what product they wanted to make. I developed multiple procedures, processes, batch sheets, layouts, utility summaries,etc., etc., then they would change their mind and I would have to start all over again. Of course then they reorganized, I unexpectedly got a new boss, and suddenly I was told there might not be a job for me under his organization. After all I had done to get them ready to engineer and construct once they firmed up a location, to be told that I may not be wanted in the position for which I was hired and that there might not be a position at all for me, that he had his own crew that he liked to work with...the last straw. This company doesn’t have a clue and treats even professionals like pawns on a chess board.
