      The most poorly managed company I have ever seen

      Working with cannabis/working hands on with product

      Everything almost. The team works 12-14 hours a day every single day with very poorly planned daily work. The level of discontent in all facets of the company is awful to be around, and the amount of work just keeps piling up without reward. Pay is awful, and you do not feel appreciated. They take advantage of people because they know we want to work in this industry. If you value your mental and physical health, don’t even apply because they will take advantage of you every chance they get. People are getting laid off everywhere in the company, but cannabis is booming. Why is that?? Business outlook is bad.

      Just an overall horrible place to work. they have little respect for you and don't appreciate anything you do. It wouldn't surprise me if in a few years Curaleaf doesn't make it. really unorganized

      Free weed sometimes. Interesting for the first day.

      -This company killed all interest I had in the cannabis industry. I don’t even use cannabis anymore because I am disgusted at what I saw there. -They do not care about their patients at all. A strong “patients are druggie zombies looking for a fix” attitude. -Blatant sexism and racism at all levels of the company. -FAKE INSURANCE. Not one employee I worked with (myself included) received any means of actually USING our health insurance. We definitely paid for it though. -Favoritism and cliquey behavior created a toxic, high-school esque work environment. -Sell or die. -It seems like every facet of this corporation exists only to line Lusardi’s pockets. -Terrible med quality. I never pushed the in-house products to patients, even if it got me in trouble. That’s how much I didn’t trust the Curaleaf name. -Management is never on the same page about anything, and is seemingly proud of it. Egos run the show here. -Your first year of employment is essentially indentured servitude, as you are required to pay for a 500 dollar DA card with 50 deducted from your paycheck each week.
