Heath care, breaks, and snacks.

Cons

- Unreasonable sales goal, that will prevent you from getting your bonus. - Will have employees working in store alone. - Will change your sales goals without notice. - Outdated sales strategy. - Does not meet turn around on Rush orders, customers will blame because you are the face if in at store level. - A lot of issues in the production level: product done incorrectly, and incorrectly shipping. - No accountability from management - Diversity is only on the store level, and not in upper management

Seemed great in the beginning, turned into a progressive downhill role.

*Guaranteed 40 hours *Decent benefits *Progressive use of software

Cons

*Poor communication from upper management/management in general. Multiple managers along with employees came and went within locations in my region *Unclear communication between different departments. Inconsistent use of sales tools leading to unrealistic metrics. *Unclear duties from management which did not make sense on day to day tasks/sales. *Continues changes within the company when at times it was communicated opposite by Mark Kats. *Expected to take on additional tasks/activities with no application in promotion or increase pay. *Pushed one week free lunches which was inconsistent at best. *With changes in management and new positions created, there wasn't always a clear leader. *Multiple other departments downsized thus affecting customer service, sales, expectations, etc.

Outgrew startup feel years ago and lacks structure to support a now large company

The office perks and vibrant employee base make you feel like you're working at a "hip" company, even in the suburbs.

Cons

Middle and upper management are opaque, traditional, safe players, unwilling to take risks or entertain new ideas. Not much built into the culture for positive recognition. Performance reviews (tied to salary increases) are not taken seriously and always months (3-6) late.
