Pros

Free t shirts and hoodies every once in a while

Cons

Low pay No room for advancement Management is all extremely inexperienced Executive team completely disconnected from the typical employee Company preaches diversity and inclusion but in reality has an extremely low number of minorities - especially on the executive team The company started to go downhill when Leonsis and co sold their ownership to an investment firm in 2018, Marc is completely disconnected from his employees and anyone working at CI is just supporting his lavish lifestyle

Pros

Fun people, and they care about the service they provide. Very technologically innovative as well.

Cons

Sometimes the hours are a little different than normal office hours.

Pros

Really good health benefits PTO. Good opportunities for advancement if you’re white and don’t work on the print floor.

Cons

Dental and vision were terrible. While they handled the switch to WFO when the pandemic hit well, they refused to address the trauma, depression, overwhelm, and burnout that people faced as a result. Customer interactions also became significantly more hostile after the pandemic hit, and we were just supposed to accept the abuse while being gaslit by upper management about the trauma everyone faces as a result.
