I have read your review and appreciate your honesty. A well supported, professional environment is extremely important and we welcome any comments that help us accomplish that goal. We regret your experience here was not more positive. Our management team is one of the most tenured and productive in the industry. We pride ourselves on a hands on training program to help all of our new agents get a strong grasp of our selling system and techniques. Most of our new agents start quickly, and make around $100,000 the first year. Nearly seventy percent of our agents have been here five years, many as long as ten to twenty, and they are a strong support group for the newer members of the team. Thanks for your comments. Our CFO is continuously working to improve our benefits and cost structure. We think there will be some much needed relief in this are in the coming year or so. We do have a matching Christmas bonus for all of the sales staff. $100 per deal is held from the gross for a month and the withholdings are paid back 100% to the employee the first pay period in December to help with Christmas shopping!
