Pros

Good benefits. Made a friend or two over the years.

Cons

Communication between management and "regular" employees is almost non-existent. Zero positive feedback or reinforcement. Favoritism is the rule of law. If you are an extrovert, covered in make-up and on the thin side, you can expect great things in your career. If you do not fit this profile, don't bother expecting to be liked by management, promoted, or even recognized for your accomplishments. The pay is below average, yet the workload is heavy because every area is understaffed and they do not replace people who leave. More gossip is exchanged than work is done. Small work spaces and dirty buildings. Hardly a single clean surface in sight.

Pros

The people you work with are nice. The management is always threatening to fire you if you do not produce sales.

Cons

They tend to elevate brown nosers whose level of competence is questionable at best.

Pros

It was nice starting...they have a way of glorifying this job.

Cons

There is no room for error with job, even started out in this entry level position. I worked at a branch and did not receive adequate training. It's literally like being thrown to wolves. This company has a huge race problem, and I experienced it first hand with one of my former associates. I could never reach management, when I needed help and when I did get someone's attention they spoke to me as if I was incompetent, and I took that as disrespect. I referred several friends for this position, with more than enough qualifications and HR just ignored them. Why offer an employee referral program if you are not going to use it? I recommended this job to people who I knew could do the job with ease, but I am so glad HR never continued to contact any of them, because this place was not worth all the things you have to do to get it. If you are looking for a job with prominent opportunities this is not the place. You have to complete so many skill blocks before even being able to apply for another position. For a part time job, this place became a full-time headache.
