They offer pretty good benefits.

Cons

The work environment isn't that good. Everything is sales and point driven. There's not much room for mistakes. You have to meet your sales goals monthly or you'll be scolded and chastised by management.

The people I worked with were amazing. Very friendly and willing to work together to get the job done. You also had a lot of opportunities to advance your career or salary.

Cons

The sales aspect was horrible. We had to constantly berate members to buy or sign up for products even after they told us no two or three times.
