Pros

Decent humans to work with. "OK" bonus pay is achievable.

Cons

Too many obscure QA rules. Systems are terrible putting a lot of potential mistakes in your lap when they should follow their own policies and procedures. PTO policy also sucks. Senior management rating is referencing C-Suite and VPs/directors.

Pros

When you are in training and fresh out they make sure you’re able to get commission to make sure you stay making you think you are making money for the first 30 days. No vacation or sick time is provided so if you have family don’t even bother unless you’re eligible to get fmla

Cons

Horrible health benefits it basically means you have none but they take 200$ out your check! They make these ridiculous metrics that’s unachievable and they start playing with your money. After 30-90days you see no money other than hourly management does nothing. They sit and talk you can make 100k but that was when the pandemic hit they are comparing the metrics to when people were stuck inside. I got hurt at the job and they avoided any paperwork for me to go to get proper care and gave me attendance points for going to get checked! It’s sad everyone got FMLA from being overstressed it will effect your health, badly

Pros

Similar to a sales job where you collect commission for every customer you save.

Cons

All customers are calling with the intention of cancelling, so saving them is hard and this causes demerits for your role.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback we really appreciate it. We know retention can feel a lot like sales, especially when most of the calls come from customers looking to cancel. It’s a tough job that takes strong communication and problem-solving skills. We're always looking for ways to better support the team and improve the experience for both employees and customers. Thanks again for your feedback.
