I found this to be a fairly easy job. Depending upon your performance, you might get placed in charge of a single or double guard pool.

Cons

Some of the managers were difficult managers, but nothing more than differences in personality. At times, management could become overbearing.

They have a great support system, you can usually get plenty of hours, training is thorough, and vacations were usually flexible.

Cons

You have to pay for your own training, and they seemed somewhat understaffed.
