You get a 30% discount on designer shoes, even when the shoes are on clearance flexible scheduling decent pay friendly management

Cons

There is an extreme hassle to get rewards cards and if you don't get the required amount during your shift your hours are cut for the following week. having to literally clean the store

Pros

Some of the pros are the 30% discount and the theoretically flexible schedule. All of the associates at least get along with one another, if not become friends.

Cons

The managers make working there unnecessarily tough. They aren't good at letting you know about policy changes, and then get annoyed at you when you don't know. They try to give you hours that are outside your availability and then expect you to find a substitute. They are very quick to criticize and slow to praise, which gives workers little insentive to perform. There is also no room for growth, since they don't promote store associates to managers.
