great shoe discounts. 30% off. hours were good. amazing associates and good managers. the work was not too difficult for me to complete. great starting out job. good pay.

Cons

it was extremely frustrating having to clean up the sales floor after big sales. customers would destroy everything and you would have to reorganize every minute.

-20% discount -The 20% discount also applies to clearance items -Opportunity to grow with the company -With the new site up, it's nice to be able to direct a customer to seek a shoe model not available at the store.
