      The micromanagement is really tough. The leaders only care about numbers and have no problem burning employees out. Most of the employees who currently work here are unhappy. As you scroll down every time there is a bad review they go on and write a positive review.

      Pros

      Good people but management only cares about numbers. Things happen that are out of recruiters control and they still get blamed for it.

      Cons

      Management is not qualified. Just because your a friend of the family doesn't mean your qualified to be a manager. They start you off at $35K and give you 3 months to perform. Very stressful environment. The turnover is a problem. Management is okay with it which is a bigger problem.

      Pros

      Davis does a great job of building a collaborative environment where knowledge is shared and all parties involved are working towards a common goal. In an industry where cut-throat attitudes and aggressive territorial behaviors tend to run rampant I am very happy to have landed in a competitive environment with a pack mentality. Compensation is excellent... decent base and excellent intensives for success as an individual AND as a group. Company was founded on giving people the tools they need to split off and run with something they are passionate about. That mentality is alive and well today.

      Cons

      As in most recruiting and sales jobs, hours can be long but the people you have working on either side of you make the hours go by quickly.
