The only good thing was the paycheck.

Cons

So many companies out there. Stay away from this one. There's lots of reasons for why a contract ends - role expectations change, company needs change, all sorts of things beyond the control of the individual contractor. And it's why contract companies, well, imo *good* contracting companies shouldn't deny unemployment benefits. Be forewarned, Davis fought my unemployment claim.

The people on the same level as you are nice and empathize with the position you’ve each been marginalized into

Cons

Any upward mobility is borderline possible. Earning potential is limited and trying to get a raise or promotion is like pulling teeth. Any ideas from non-management are ignored. The entirety of the management team (and many of the most outspoken employees) are super Trumpy in a very creepy way, and will go out of their way to let you know that.

Learn how to read and format resumes of qualified candidates for clients. Learn how to create a boolean search. Learn how to properly screen candidates in a single call.

Cons

Managers were not even familiar with the system they were trying to teach us to use. Only cold-calling candidates to the point that multiple recruiters are calling the same person multiple times a week. No access to Indeed or training using other tools except their main ATS system.
