This is company who has everyone's best interest at heart. One of the best parts about working for Davis is that you are given a clothing allowance. All of the communities are beautiful and the staff is great to work with.

Cons

Benefits are not the best for PTO in the first year.

Davis builds top quality product and are a pleasure to work for . From the Area Supervisors to all the staff at the corporate office. They are always willing to give a helping hand. They also spare no expense. They give you the tools to succeed.

Cons

They just need to continue improving each community like they have been.

Pros

It is a joy to work with talented, hard working colleagues that are some of the best in the field. Davis builds great communities that complement the neighborhoods that they are located in. They are a smaller company that takes interest in employee growth and a quality living environment for residents. Working for Davis is a true pleasure.

Cons

None other than I personally would love to see a property or two developed within the Inner-Loop of Houston. I think we could give some of the big development player's a run for their money.
