Pros

Really good commission and pay rates compared to other places. They also have beautiful properties.

Cons

I've seen some people get promotions and others get completely ignored regardless of experience or effort. Housekeepers sometimes have a heavy workload but other times it's not bad. I really disliked the lack of communication. It was a big stressor for a lot of employees.

Not a single one at all.

Cons

Low pay, barred from using pto, no communication with management, inexperienced property managers, extremely high turnover, terrible construction, don’t care about residents or staff, lies about position parameters, doesn’t take mold seriously, understaffed, low paid corporate still acts very elitist, head of construction lies more than works, no form of quality control, unreasonable expectations, understaffing, no advancement opportunity, buy-build-fill-sell leads to careless management, every staff member constantly wants to leave.
