Quite a few. Bait and switch on training, nepotism, terrible leadership in some places, and ok leadership in others. I gained 20+ pounds and started having panic attacks due to stress over 4 years of working there. Was totally not worth it! Worked at other federal agencies which was an overall better experience over 10 years which gives me a lot more perspective on what DISA does wrong. Leadership (at the very top) wants to change culture, but there are quite a few people who go against it and move it in the opposite direction.

Unsure of what the goals of Senior Leadership were. You ask your colleagues and they have no idea either. You think you made a difference but in reality, the mountain to any real difference is a treacherous climb. Worked for over a decade and not even one Senior Leader in my chain said anything when I announced my departure.
