Pros

You get a ton of experience doing work you are not hired to do. You get one free soda day. They put cool appliances in the breakroom for you to use. ; )

Cons

Every negative review listed on this place is 100% true. Its led by a narcissistic pervert, who is more emotional than a tired, spoiled rotten, toddler who isn't getting his way! Leadership is driven by ego rather than integrity. Employees are constantly pressured to leave a good review in hopes to drown out the truth, but those who have been here long enough know better. The fear of retaliation keeps many people from speaking up, as anyone who attempts to leave is met with hostility, belittling, and a sudden shift from " valued team member" to " enemy number one". While there are "amazing" perks such as free sodas in the break room (please do not take more than one a day, you will get an ugly email if you do). The leadership loves to hold over everyone's heads to let us know how lucky we are. Proceed with caution. If you value a healthy work environment, this place isn't for you.

Toxic

Pros

Corporate benefits were good. Some people actually care. Leadership allows growth from within, but there is a cap.

Cons

Very toxic work environment at the corporate office. You get yelled at frequently and if you’re not the one getting yelled at, you’re watching it happen to your teammates. Employees are constantly told they’re not good enough or not doing enough. Leadership would consistently change their minds about a plan of action, but then blame those who are told to implement the changes instead of accepting responsibility. Employees were constantly reminded about the support and praise they get from leadership, but then would be shown the opposite. They’re huge legal bullies, but they really aren’t able to do much in the state of Oklahoma. I will never work for a family owned business again due to their inability to leave their family drama out of the work place, their toxicity running rampant and unchecked, and their shady business operations. If you’re desperate for a job, go for it, but you’ll understand why so many people have left or are working their way out. Just because your friend wants you to work there, doesn’t mean you should. They probably just need emotional support and someone they can actually trust.

Pros

Most of the everyday people are decent humans and legit just want to do their job and go home

Cons

"Family culture" is promoted yet any personal info will be used against you in any way they see fit when they feel the timing is right. You will be overworked without much promotion potential if youre a hard worker. Senior leadership often times used profanity in an open setting, talks of others performance is often discussed openly for anyone to overhear. If you ever are blessed enough to quit and give a proper notice without being let go first (because they dont take a resignation well) you will be ignored and access often removed from things pertinent to your everyday job as punishment. Leadership would rather you not properly train someone to backfill your role for a proper transition and punish their current team by doing this, then get upset if the current team cant keep up, yet theyre understaffed Its a backwards way of thinking. Their intent is to make you feel bad for leaving, not to look internally as to what may have caused you to look elsewhere. Their growth is too quick and they do not have the manpower to maintain it at the corporate office. People are punished for speaking up and managers engage in one on ones instead of team meetings so things can be filtered how they see fit. You are held to a high standard of work ethic yet you may he asked to do unethical things by leadership at times. Say no, and you will maybe still be employed but you will be outcasted for doing so. Also, you are required to have your work email on your personal phone, regardless of your status in the company. When communication is lost you will still be expected to perform at a high level even if it means basically selling your soul to get the job done last minute even though theyre failure to manage and communicate is not your failure or fire to put out.
