Pros

- People are friendly and very eager to work. They are the fuel to keep you working under the mountain of mess. - Remote work or hybrid. It is very flexible in this sense. Also paid transportation. - They make activities and events quite often.

Cons

Generally speaking, they don't keep up with what they promise. This apply to every sphere of work. A company which internal motto is 'fake it until you make it' (literally); gives one room to rethink your choices. Let's break down other company aspects: - Salary: Underpaid. - Management: Because there are multiple teams, you will be lucky to land on a good manager that can work under CEO level's temperament. In my team, mostly all managers left. No structured planning nor organisation whatsoever. The mentality was - we need to do this and we need to do it now, or simply move it to the next quarter. - Professional growth: This is questionable. Some people change positions. Not sure to what extend this is possible. - HR: Very slow. For example, it takes ages to reimburse expenses. - Culture: This is a tough one. People are friendly, and you help each other out. At a company level, they promote communication, there are friday afternoon drinks but! at a practical level, it is very rigid. If decisions are made, that's they way to go, no room for alternatives or change. The general company vibe is fear becasue many think making a mistake will result in being fired. Your are obviously replaceble at a blink of an eye.

Pros

Even though they continue to lay off valuable employees, there are still some amazing people who work there.

Cons

Over the past two years, the company has undergone at least 5 rounds of layoffs, creating a culture of instability. Many employees lack formal job descriptions, making performance reviews ineffective—this ambiguity is often leveraged to withhold promotions and salary increases. Pay disparities are evident, with people of color consistently undercompensated while being expected to take on heavier workloads. Leadership remains predominantly white, cisgender, and male, with little effort toward meaningful diversity or inclusion. Strategic planning is virtually nonexistent, and decision-making feels reactive rather than intentional. The recent return-to-office mandate only highlighted operational mismanagement—after letting go of those responsible for office culture, workspaces are now poorly maintained, understocked, and cold. Perhaps most concerning is the company’s leadership philosophy. The CEO openly idolizes Elon Musk and dismisses legitimate concerns around racism and sexism as “woke BS.” Career growth opportunities are scarce outside of the sales team, leaving most employees without a clear path forward. If stability, fair compensation, and inclusive leadership are priorities for you, this may not be the right place.
