Ageism/poor management ruined the workplace

None that I can think of. Nothing was worth it because of the cons.

Cons

Flex work is offered, but heavily discouraged, toxic management, ageist practices, gossipy and two-faced coworkers; terrible, micromanage-prone clients. Workload was heavy, and unreasonable, especially if you *looked young*. Senior Management would blatantly pass over hirees based on age: old people want to manage and young people shouldn't have management spots as they're better for doing labor, etc, etc.

There is nothing positive to report for this firm.

Cons

One of the most toxic workplaces in the DC international development community. There was an unprofessional environment pending from years of nepotism and corruption which led to several pending investigations with respect to misconduct. There is no room for growth and leadership is toxic, bitter, and outdated.

There aren't any. This place is a disaster.

Cons

Low morale. Terrible benefits. Poor management at the highest levels. President is crass and says things that make many of the women I know uncomfortable. High turnover. Untrustworthy, get everything in writing.
