Pros

None no one even recognizes devoted and their health plan.

Cons

It is hilarious how management responds to these feeds. I tried to talk to several people in upper management (including the CEO) and no one ever responded. Also they encourage everyone in their first month to write a review on Glassdoor. Smart, because we are still happy at this point. I gave it my all, but the lack of leadership is mortifying. Management is a joke, I had 3 managers in the 2 years that I worked there. None of them knew what they were doing. I received inaccurate information, and all they did was talk about themselves. DO NOT believe them when they tell you to speak your mind if there is a problem. It is evident the only "family" that exists here is the ones that either started with the company or the "chosen ones.'. They will put you in an undesirable position that does not allow you to succeed. They call seniors excessively for profit. I have never been yelled at so much. I do not blame them. It is constant calling for Medicaid renewals and for their annual clinical visits because devoted profits heavily from those so they will do anything and everything to get those appointments

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and view about your time as a Member Outreach Specialist here at Devoted. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with us has been less than optimal. Due to rapid growth and various business needs, the Member Outreach Services team required some job realignment in the recent months to accommodate these requirements. We know that organizational changes can be stressful and we’re sorry to hear this impacted anything related to your experience with leadership and communication. Over the past several months, we have put work into understanding the best way to completely support our members. As a result, we have integrated some of this feedback and modified our member outreach cadence to be more meaningful and intentional. Again, we regret to hear that your experience with us has not been great and that you feel that you have not been able to properly express your concerns and feedback. Devoted has an open door policy on communication. We encourage you to please reach out again to discuss your concerns. You can do this by reaching out to Leslie Brunner, Chief People Officer @ lbrunner@devoted.com or Jacquelyn Singleton, Head of Telesales @ jacquelyn.singleton@devoted.com.

Don’t trust the positive reviews

Pros

Nothing. Writing nothing again to meet the minimum word count. This was the worst employment experience of my life.

Cons

If you aren’t in the “inner circle” don’t expect to advance. Don’t expect to be taken seriously regardless of prior experience if you are not in the “inner circle”.

Great Mission - Some great people

Pros

- great mission and founders - company paid health insurance - free lunches - great office space - good pay - a lot of really great people

Cons

- you’ll work round the clock some days but make no mistake, when push comes to shove, it won’t be recognized or worth it for you, just the business - no raises/performance reviews (so push hard for your salary upfront) - start up culture is pushed hard but there’s some smoke and mirrors. If you thrive in environments that promote things like feedback and innovation, this may not be the place for you. They say they want that, but they really want you to be a sheep. - Watch out for the corporate male ego. Devoted hires some really talented and genuinely good people but they aren’t immune to the talentless degenerate
