Pros

Unlimited PTO, young office, some cool people if you're in your 20s.

Cons

Other teams were very different, but for MY TEAM: Management played favorites and made them very obvious to the rest of the team, absolutely killed morale. There is criteria that must be met to move into an Acct Mgr role. Management will make exceptions for people that they like no matter how junior or how many deals they closed. Giant slap in the face to the people who've proven themselves and been tenured with the company. Recruiters are always the problem. Several account managers on my team brought back 0 jobs to work on for 4-5 months, but it was my job as a recruiter to find those jobs for them on-top of continuing to deliver on my recruiting KPI's. Not even sure what they were getting paid to do. Also - the company is having layoffs despite continuously sending out emails and posting on LinkedIn that they are not having layoffs. People in my office were dropping like flies before I left.

Pros

Maybe Some but none i can think of

Cons

If you're considering working at Dexian, think again. My experience here was deeply disappointing. The company culture is toxic, discouraging, and dehumanizing. You’re not treated like a person — you’re just a number. Your ideas don’t matter, your efforts go unrecognized, and your well-being isn’t even an afterthought. There’s no real path for growth. Advancement is a joke unless you're willing to completely sell out or play along with a system that sets you up to fail. It honestly felt like the company wanted you to struggle. Leadership is unsupportive, communication is poor, and you're left feeling isolated and burned out. If you’re smiling at work, something’s wrong — either you're brand new or you've numbed yourself to how miserable it really is. The job itself is mind-numbing and unfulfilling, made worse by the constant pressure and lack of any meaningful support. Looking back, the best decision I ever made was leaving Dexian last year. It completely changed my life for the better. I’m incredibly thankful to have moved on to a healthier, more empowering workplace where I’m actually valued. Save yourself the stress — skip this company. You deserve better.

This is painful to read, and we’re sorry this was your experience. No one should feel unseen, unsupported, or pushed to the point of burnout. That’s not what we stand for. We’re looking into this to understand where things broke down.

Data driven and people first is a joke

Pros

The benefits are okay, the pay is okay

Cons

They doubled down on sending us back to the office 3 days a week and it’s honestly a joke. This comes after waves of layoffs last year and it’s honestly the last straw. Every month we have an enterprise call where we highlight how “people first” and “data driven” we are but to be honest this is the further from the truth. If we were actually data driven we’d be moving towards a four day work week and fully remote because ample studies have shown it boosts productivity and satisfaction. If we were people first we’d let people choose to continue to be remote if applicable, because you should trust your employees to do the work and manage their own time. Instead we have to go back to the office 3 days a week, not only is this a tone deaf initiative by the CEO but we’re going to lose all our top performers and morale has already plummeted. Everyone is panic applying to leave. There’s been waves of layoffs last year to boot. DO NOT WORK HERE. in the few years I’ve been here every single time I think things are finally going in the right direction they pull the rug out and make the world's dumbest business decision. HR is a sham that allows and rewards bullying, the chief people officer is a sales person who literally has no experience leading HR and it shows. Diversity initiatives are led by two white people who have no experience in DEI, and instead crowd source additional labor from within the company on top of people’s jobs. They got rid of performance reviews so you’re screwed if you don’t have KPIs if your manager leaves because all your performance history dies with you. They only hire beautiful young white women and old unqualified white men for new roles and promoting from within is also a joke unless you’re a young hot revenue generating recruiter.
