Pros

Paid weekly RTO Flexible office days

Cons

Horrible company to work for. Disys and Signature Consultants merged officially at the beginning of this year and has gone down hill ever since. They slapped a new name on the company and add new processes almost weekly and preach the same thing over and over like a broken record. Terrible leadership and a highly toxic environment to be in. Leadership tells their employees they are not laying people off but fire their employees left and right. You are nothing but a number there and the KPIs are very stressful especially in a down market. The corporate recruiters will tell you that you will make 6 figures by your second year and that is far from the truth. They do not value their recruiters at all and their sales people are put on a pedestal when the recruiters do most of the work and take a higher percentage of the deals when most of their accounts are built on others success that no longer work for the company. The recruiters have to get 40 business connections a week and 2-3 hot leads a week that are qualified to their standards (need the hiring managers name, company, job title, and if they are hiring within 30 days to count). On top of having to get 5-6 submittals a week, 5 in houses, and 2 deals per month. Your starting base salary starts at 46k and when you make it to an R2 after getting 4 deals and staying in the green for 8 weeks you bump to 49k. Leadership also plays into favoritism and the favorites get away with a lot more when compared to the rest of team. Also, majority of your day is wasted with all the meetings you will be in that are micromanaged. You have a meeting that starts at 8:30am to discuss the jobs we have and what you are assigned to and then go into another meeting directly after that one to discuss what you are assigned to and where your KPIs are twice a day. Highly micromanaged environment. Claim they are a training and development company but more like babysitting.

Pros

The culture is the only thing this company has going for them. Definitely take advantage of the free drinks and food often provided by them. Most of my coworkers were great, all of the recruiters got along and became friends. It made work more bearable.

Cons

There are so many negative things I can say about this company. I’m not sure if what I experienced happens company wide, or if my specific office was the issue but this was the most toxic and stressful job I’ve ever had. The account managers in the office thought they ran the show, and would often look down on the recruiters and just honestly treat us horribly. They were always on a power trip and micro managing us CONSTANTLY. They would call us every hour asking us to update them on our job search. That is just so counter productive and not allowing me to actually work when I’m always being bothered. Aside from the account managers, upper management is just awful. Our “leader” would just get on our morning meetings to yell at us and tell us how much we suck. I’m sorry, but that is not how you motivate a team. It actually does the opposite, who wants to work for someone like that? Additionally, the job isn’t hard BUT that fully depends on the job market. When I first started, the job market was great and I was able to hit my metrics easily. However the job market hasn’t been the best lately, and Dexian does not adjust metrics and KPIs. So we are held to the same standards we were a year ago, which does not make any sense. With that, if you don’t hit your numbers for even 1 week you are sat down and talked to about “what’s going on”. I NEVER felt a sense of job stability at this company because they let people go like it was nothing if your numbers weren’t consistently “green” and you had a few bad weeks. I could go on and on, but I think you get the idea. Just stay away. They try to lure you in by saying there’s unlimited PTO (which by the way you still need to hit your numbers while on PTO, so you can’t even enjoy your time off), promotion and growth opportunities, great culture, etc. but none of that is worth it.

Toxic work environment

Pros

Hybrid schedule with remote two days

Cons

Despite promoting a people first culture, the reality is very different. Turnover hovers around 60% which speaks volumes. Leadership prioritizes image over substance, with decisions driven more by appearances than by genuine employee development, or organizational health. Nepotism and performative diversity initiatives create frustration rather than meaningful inclusion. The environment is toxic, marked by poor communication, favoritism, and lack of accountability. The companies focus on optics instead of results is a major reason behind its ongoing struggles and instability.
