Dear former DigiCert employee, First, thank you so much for more than six years with our company. We know in that time you witnessed a lot of growth and change at the company. We appreciate you taking that experience and sharing it in a Glassdoor review. That said, we appreciate your support of leadership and your mention of the autonomy and trust present within our culture. We also acknowledge how traffic can be a struggle in different locations. Leaders do try to accommodate this by only requiring two in-office days and providing perks like lunch and snacks for those in offices on those days. And we also host events and activities in offices that aim to inform and strengthen culture. If you have suggestions for activities, changes or just thoughts that will help us to build and maintain our work culture, please reach out to a member of the DigiCert People Team. Pros

As I celebrate my two-year anniversary at DigiCert, I’ve had a chance to reflect on this incredible journey. Throughout my time here, we've navigated significant changes within our ELT leadership, which have inevitably sparked additional shifts within the organization. While change can be challenging, I believe we are moving in the right direction—evidenced by our consistent ability to meet and exceed revenue goals. In an environment where many companies are facing layoffs, it's reassuring to be part of an organization that continues to grow and innovate, providing me with personal peace of mind and stability. I’m also proud to see the ongoing commitment to our CARE values: Customer Obsession, Amazing Innovation, Relentless Execution, and Exceptional Collaboration. These values continue to guide us, and I can truly say I’ve never felt more passionate or fulfilled in my role.

Cons

While change can be challenging—and for some, no longer aligns with their personal goals and aspirations—it’s still a part of the evolution that drives us forward. It’s always difficult to see long-time employees move on, but these transitions also give us the chance to grow and adapt.

Dear current DigiCert employee, First, congratulations on your anniversary. It’s exciting to have two years with a company where you see values lived out in the actions of everyone from leaders to individual contributors. Thank you for sharing your experience about the CARE values – our culture drivers – and how values have passionately propelled you forward in your work. We also appreciate your understanding about changes, which happen at every organization. We know that change can be difficult for some, but it goes hand-in-hand with growth, so it’s necessary to sustain any successful organization. As you continue with DigiCert, we hope you always feel energized and excited about your work. If there is ever anything that you believe should be addressed or celebrated, please reach out to a member of the DigiCert People Team. We are here to help. Regards, DigiCert People Team

Pros

Health insurance and OPD. Work from home flexibility

Cons

No transparency, many silo groups., no sharing .. even from managers. They don't believe in truth .. only polish and butter. No proper review process.. You are valued on quantity not quality No work life balance. If you work 24 hours you are valued a lot. If you don't speak in meeting you are rated low.

Dear current DigiCert employee, Thank you for sharing your perspective on things based on your six years at DigiCert. We do want to address some of the points you made as we have been working diligently to address employee needs and keep employees at the forefront as we grow in India. In fact, we’ve hosted a Coffee Brewing Session with Leadership, which was a focused group discussion with female employees covering work-life balance, performance and recognition and we have more planned. We also are planning an APJ-focused all hands meetings including one coming up in May to focus on culture, recognition and organizational information for APJ. In addition to these efforts, we have hired and onboard five new engineering managers and reorganized the structure to have more balance and management in Bangalore. We understand all of those things may not satisfy your concerns, but we do hope they have made you feel as though the company is heading in the right direction and focusing on employee experience. Whether they have changed your opinions or not, we do invite you to share your feedback on what has happened and any insight into what you’d like to see happen moving forward. Please reach out to a member of the DigiCert People Team with any additional feedback. Regards, DigiCert People Team
