Based on your feedback regarding your onboarding, your coworkers and the hybrid schedules, it seems you are doing just that. We are happy to see that you have benefitted from the extended onboarding. Dear current DigiCert employee, Thank you for taking the time to complete a Glassdoor review about your time as a senior software engineer at DigiCert. Your four years with the company have undoubtedly given you a great deal of perspective about how the company has grown and evolved in the last few years. It’s good to know you appreciate your coworkers, the work-life balance the company offers, and the work ethic. We try to hire the best employees who will further our inclusive culture and we strive to allow everyone to bring their whole selves to work while understanding that people have lives outside of the office that need to be understood and respected. We note your cons regarding lateral hires versus internal hires, lean teams and managerial role hires versus technical team hires. We do make efforts to hire within, creating learning and growth opportunities for all employees through LinkedIn Learning, DigiCert University and other growth programs. We also acknowledge that, as we grow, we sometimes identify skills and experience that are best found in people coming into the company.
