Pros

The company culture at DigiCert is truly exceptional. Having been here for three months now, I don’t regret my decision one bit. The people, the work environment, and the overall culture make this a fantastic place to work. A big shoutout to Suravi Shetty, a recruiter so passionate about the company, who did an amazing job showcasing its culture and how it would benefit me!

Cons

Honestly, nothing major so far. Every company has areas to improve, but my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

Awesome Onboarding

Pros

Awesome Onboarding - We have 30-60-90-day onboarding plans, so that there is no unrealistic expectations. Everything during this phase is laid out well. Colleagues - Good people to work with. Exceptional talent and helpful folks. Transport - Cab facility is free for all the employees (not sure about other locations, this is for BLR). Hybrid - For India, employees have to be in office for 2 days a week.

Cons

Office - Feels a little bit small, but there are discussions and lookout for a new office space.

Pros

-- Good Team mates, good work ethics , good work life balance. -- Company provides transport. -- Good Exposure to Certificate Authority , Public Key Infrastructure Domain.

Cons

-- Promotions given to lateral hires rather than internal team. -- Very lean teams , should consider to hire more so that products can be delivered fast. -- Hiring should be for Technical teams more than Managerial roles.
