Pros

A huge installed base to upsell and cross sell. A lot of white space. A seasoned leadership team who is dedicated to the company, who leads by example, works hard and welcomes innovation. Transformation comes with its usual pains, but it is also exciting, and it givers opportunities for new functions' collaboration and the excitement to create something new. A new CEO joined few months back, and he has brought in a high growth mindset, the energy of a start up, and a high level of transparency. Veteran employees have great core values, and they welcome the new hires, despite change is never easy.

Cons

This is a though time for the industry. Those days are gone, and to sustain the growth and the objectives to be the leader in Digital Trust, change is needed. If you are looking for a boring job, DigiCert is not the right place. The systems and the outputs of the transformation still need a lot of work, and this can be frustrating at times.

Pros

NONE. At one time Digicert was a leader in the Internet security world and provided a quality product with best-in-class customer service. They also use to care about the company's employees. None of this is the case anymore. The Private Equity firm that owns Digicert and its Upper management has ruined the company.

Cons

Private Equity and C-Level management only care about maximizing their EBITA. They continue to increase their prices without providing a better product. At this point, the PE and Upper management do not care to provide a quality Managed PKI solution at a fair price. They have a monopoly and think they can do whatever they want. They also pay their tenure employees less and less and ask them to do more and more. If you are thinking about working here don't. They do NOT pay market value and devalue the employees that helped built the company and hold all the skills and knowledge. The longer I was there the less money I made and they asked me to do things that would screw over the customers and I told them no. Terrible company to work for, especially on the sales team.

This is one of the most energizing times at DigiCert as we pivot from just being a certificate vendor to being a global leader of digital trust. The pace of innovation in different product categories and trust lanes is accelerating, we are building a team of amazing leaders, the way we engage with the customers - through sales, and through marketing is transforming. Excited to be part of team DigiCert!

Some people in organization are still anchored to wards the way things have always been done
