Pros

Company growing fast and expanding. Good benefits and decent perks. Smart colleagues. Reasonable work-life balance. Some travel, esp to Seattle and San Francisco.

Cons

Larger now (over 1000 people), makes it sometimes hard to know what other teams are doing and why they're doing it (communicating across company is not always great). New industry, still being figured out so convincing customers can be a lot of basics. Lots of bureucrats in some functions like finance, expenses (very hard to work with & not reasonable).

Pros

One of the best working experiences that I've ever had. The company is growing fast, and the culture is very positive. Whenever someone has a problem or doesn't know an answer, there are multiple people willing to help out. The other thing I really like is everyone largely believes in the product. We use it internally for tons of use cases.

Cons

With fast growth comes some growing pains, but that's natural. Also, would like to see more employee development and training. Also there are some challenges if you are a remote employee and not in one of the big offices.

Pros

Disruptive product and smart, passionate team members can make for a compelling brand and company. Customers love DocuSign and how it has improved their life - the impact is real for both enterprise and consumers.

Cons

Very political culture with a fixed mindset of what employees are capable of. Lack of direct feedback can make it difficult to know what key stakeholders actually think of projects. Tendency to marginalize talent deemed too threatening to directors.

Much time has passed since you wrote this review and our hyper growth has enabled us to recruit some great management talent. We don't hear much of what you outline above. But thanks for sharing and hope you have found a great fit in your next job.
