      Pros

      If you are looking to get your foot in the door with any sort of banking experience this is a great place to start. The training is ok and gives you just the basics, most of what you learn is at your branch.

      Cons

      The pay is just awful compared to other banks. The turnover rate is very high, with people quitting or getting fired very easily and frequently. A huge amount of responsibility is always put on peoples shoulders with little praise or even a thank you from anyone higher up, which is a huge reason for most of the turnover.

      Great as a first job or recent college graduate to get your foot in the door as a professional or learn basics of banking

      Cons

      Every other bank in the Cleveland area pays more. Very old school technology and the bank is slow to cathing up to the technology that the other banks offer.

      Pros

      Works with you schedule wise and once in a position for a year it is possible to move to a new position.

      Cons

      Online banking does not work. Customers call in upset and you cannot do anything to help because the online and app have too many technical errors that are being ignored.They insist you make suggestions, but when you do, they are ignored. Every department is under staffed. Making more work for you. The schedules vary. This means you may work 12-8 one day and then 7:45-3:45 the next and then 10-6 the next.
