      Small bank, opportunity for advancement, nice 401k matching, tuition reimbursement, great bank to get your foot in the door and gain knowledge. Since pay isn't great, they are willing to give you a chance- where other banks may be able to pick from the best of the best

      Low pay- especially in comparison to other banks in the area, low raises, small bank so there are not many positions to be promoted to

      Pros

      The company puts a lot of money and time into training their employees and gives you the tools to do the job. Customer service is number one and it shows through out the company.

      Cons

      It is the starter bank where all the other banks get their trained employees from because they are on the low end of the pay scale.
