Bank holidays & Hours, pretty good balance of work & life.

From my experience, this was by far the worst place I worked at. I was an asst mgr for almost 8yrs. Unless you kiss butt & play their reindeer games you will be fine! Awful place to work! All stems from the Regionals! They pride themselves on customer service, their internal customer service stinks! Walk into a branch on the East side you more than likely will see unhappy faces! You are better off going for less $ to a company who opens their minds & arms to diversity, change accepting people for who they are & not how they want them to be! Get into the times Dollar Bank or you WILL continue to have a revolving door & continue to hire trash & horrible managers!

great company to work for, very personable. I was brand new to banking when I joined the training center is amazing. Honestly banking 101 at its finest.

Cons

salary only, no commission. very micromanaged. it always feels like big brother is watching you, kind of like highschool branch support is always involved. poor leadership with branch management
