Most people are excellent, though some are stuck in their ways & resistant to change. High level of job security.

Cons

While larger than most local/regional banks, it is functionally the same in that the technology, standard operating procedures and product offerings are all more similar to a local than a national bank. I believe that the Bank has outgrown itself and doesn't know how to catch up/adapt at this point.
