      Pros

      The company has a great training program and advance technology for being a smaller bank. The employees I worked with at the branch were friendly and worked well together.

      Cons

      The management does not allow growth when you are good at your job. The branch support team had a different answer depending on who you talked to when dealing with issues. The company got rid of pensions and awards dinner. There is no recognition when making or exceeding your branch goals.

      Pros

      Training has been thorough, and the branch teams are so great to work with; everyone is very helpful and wants you to succeed and are helpful with completing those goals.

      Cons

      Just starting out, standing can be difficult for the long periods of time and lots to learn, but the teams make learning fun!
