      Pros

      Some of the staff was friendly. Great M-F hours. Vacation package was nice.

      Cons

      Department was mismanaged and seemed more like high school. Salary was well below what other banks offer in the downtown area. Health Insurance rates higher after Obama Care. Many of the older staff did not know how to properly email or use modern technology- they liked to "old school" fax everything.
