      There's a reason these guys are always hiring

      Good product. Casual Friday's. That's it

      Cons

      High turnover for inside sales. High goals. Long sales cycle. If DR First actually cared about their employee and pay checks they would not have such a high turn over. It's a revolving door. It's really too bad as the churn and burn with Sales continues. HR offers a gift card after training for employees to write a positive review. There's one on here from a couple years ago that has so much fluff it's laughable

As any company grows, they have to make some tough decisions at times, but we are always thinking about what is best for our staff so that we can continue to thrive.       This company has no STRUCTURE!!!! Like the previous reviews say, there is a lot of nepotism going on within the company. There is no diversity at all, employees are treated like slaves and talked down to. DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS COMPANY AT ALL, THE TURNOVER RATE IS OFF THE CHARTS!!!!.... YOU CANNOT EXPECT TO GROW IN YOUR CAREER WORKING FOR THIS KIND OF COMPANY.
