Pros

No great Pros that strikes the mind!

Cons

A very hectic, no work-life balance environment. They pay way less than the industry standards. Employees are treated like slaves.

Great people, lots of potential

Pros

Pockets of very talented and committed individuals hold the company together, even if overall culture is a bit dysfunctional.

Cons

Very bureaucratic and political for its size Enigmatic and unpredictable CEO always has everyone on edge, leads to high turnover

Pros

- Causal Fridays but that's about it

Cons

- No real career growth, especially in the Technical Support department - No sense of senior management caring for employees. They say that they value everyone, but only when you're useful to them and they have no problem cutting you when it's convenient to them

It is our goal that every member of our team feels that they are making an impact, and that they are growing and developing into together with us. We try to balance the excitement of working at a start-up like environment without the financial risks. We always evaluate the feedback we get, whether from current or former staff, and address all the areas we missed in delivering a great experience. Our culture is driven to seek opportunities to be better today than yesterday, and although we don’t always get it right, our intention is for each person to feel appreciated as a contributor to achieving our goals. Although we do have an open door policy, it seems that we missed the mark here and were unable to address your concerns in a timely manner to salvage the relationship. We assure you that it is not the way we wanted things to end. Thanks for your advice both here, and during your exit interview.
