Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are sorry that your experience at DrFirst did not match our intention of being somewhere you would have a meaningful career. It is our goal that every member of our team feels that they are making an impact, and that they are growing and developing into together with us. We try to balance the excitement of working at a start-up like environment without the financial risks. We always evaluate the feedback we get, whether from current or former staff, and address all the areas we missed in delivering a great experience. Our culture is driven to seek opportunities to be better today than yesterday, and although we don’t always get it right, our intention is for each person to feel appreciated as a contributor to achieving our goals. Although we do have an open door policy, it seems that we missed the mark here and were unable to address your concerns in a timely manner to salvage the relationship.
