      Free peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, relaxed dress code, building relationships with really smart and talented people internally, 18 days PTO per year

      Cons

      Too many corporate politics, favoritism, lack of strategic direction- focus is constantly shifting and some sales expectations are unrealistic, high turnover, lack of sales leadership
