Pros

“Being an employee of DrFirst since December of 2007 I have seen a lot of changes but all for the better. Being what I would consider a small company DrFirst has had a lot of challenges but has always overcame any obstacle and learned from these problems to become the amazing company that it is. DrFirst has helped me grow in both a professional and a personal level by encouraging me to take on challenges and tasks with both an open mind and in a open environment. When taking on tasks I am given all of the tools needed and creative freedom to tackle the task in the best way I see fit. Since working with DrFirst I have gained confidence in both communication and professional development which has been unparalleled. After 5 years I can honestly say I look forward to what we do next as a company and how I am going to grow right alongside it.”

Cons

Being a small company can be a big challenge at times because it can be hard to know what should be the correct focus area. I can be pulled in many directions at times and can where many hats. I do not think this is exactly a true negative though and instead just another challenge that helps me develop my professionalism problem solving skills.

Pros

I dont see any pros in this company . If you want to spoil your life join this company.

Cons

I have never seen a company of this type .Few days back they asked the employees to give positive reviews in glassdoor and send the screen shot of that and whoever gives the positive reviews will get 20$ each . Now Imagine yourself what kind of comapny is this .

In an effort to update Glassdoor with more recent reviews from current employee and encourage feedback, DrFirst did ask employees to post their testimonials, perspective and story on Glassdoor. We did not influence the direction of the reviews, nor require positive reviews be posted, negative reviews with productive input is also valued. To express appreciation for the time and thought required to post a review, we did offer a pullover jacket or $20 to thank employees for the time invested on our behalf. We take the feedback in the “Cons” and “Advice to Management” sections very seriously, and encourage all employees who are unhappy to speak our HR or management team so we can understand the issues and take action to rectify the situation.

Pros

Having the opportunity to work with such a wonderful group of people really is the difference in what makes working at DrFirst such a pleasurable experience. We have an amazing suite of products that are best in class but at the end of the day enjoying where I spend most of my waking hours is vitally important. I can honestly say that working at DrFirst, the people that make up this organization and products I stand behind are a winning combo and I'm really happy i've been chosen to be apart of it.

Cons

DrFirst is a growing organization in an industry that is constantly changing and when you’re dealing with government regulations that are constantly evolving there are always obstacles. The challenges that present themselves only make us a stronger, more skilled sales force. I'm incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to work with such amazing people.
