Previous manager employees and under work well together

Cons

Low Pay, for the amount of territory you manage. Over works you and always has high expectations with no benefits. Doesn't follow the labor law and this company has been sued several times. No proper training. I've seen numerous times upper management fire people, without proper guidelines and respect. They play favoritism. Company doesn't care about the people that matters the most, their merchandisers.

Pros

Very flexible hours and scheduling. (Usuaully) No longer need to waste so much paper and ink printing work-orders and instructions now that all work is reported by smartphone app.

Cons

Work is inconsistent. Not enough to live on or more than you have time for. Seasonal slowdown to almost no hours around the holidays. Very low mileage reimbursement, just now being reduced by 20%. Smartphone an absolute requirement for reporting app now. No apparent sympathy for employees who can't afford one.

Worked from your home office, so you didn't have to punch a clock, worry about being late to work, or sit in a cubicle all day.

Cons

The pay is terrible because you find yourself working 24/7 It's nearly impossible to recruit merchandisers because the starting pay is well below the industry average.
